SENIOR SOCIETY MANAGER REQUIRED Having minimum 5 years of Experience in the Management of Housing Society for a Gated Community. Knowledge of Bye-Laws, Co-op. Societies Act 1960, and Rules 1961, routine accounts, doing management analysis, routine correspondence will be a big plus Being conversant with the operation of Computes and Customer service orientation, smiling disposition and ability to work with people is key. Good personality and communication skills and ability to interact with residents and facility manager is key. Preferably staying in town, willingness to work on weekends (with compensatory offs during weekdays) and ability to join within a period of 7 to 10 days or earlier will be preferred. Compensation will not be a Constraint for the right candidate.
